Rexcraft cares deeply about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Rexcraft. The effective date for the validity of these terms and conditions is August 10, 2022, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions will expire. We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide to us. Online Store Software

Wix

Our web store is developed with software from Wix. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. Wix has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Wix is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. Wix uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Email and mailing lists

Laposta

Our website uses Laposta, a third party that handles the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through Laposta's servers. Laposta will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that is automatically sent via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by Laposta. Laposta uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. Internet provider

Ziggo

We use the services of Internet provider Ziggo for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Internet provider Ziggo has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

Payment Processors

Mollie

We use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than permitted by law.

We use Klarna for payment afterwards. Their privacy policy can be found here.

Reviews

We currently do not use third-party reviews. We only send you an email with a link to Google to ask if you want to post a review.

Shipping and logistics

PostNL

When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL. PostNL only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. Invoicing and accounting

siel

We use the services of Siel to keep track of our administration and accounting. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected. Siel is bound to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Siel does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

Marktplaats.nl

We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have prepared as a result of your assignment.

Important note about data processing in connection with Google Analytics
