  • What is the delivery time for my order?
    For the Netherlands, if the order is received before 4:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. In most cases you will receive your package the next day. For foreign orders in Europe, delivery generally takes 2 to 5 working days.
  • Can I also collect my order?

  • What are the return costs?

  • Do I have a guarantee on my order?

Soms kan het uit ons eigen voorraad en anders bestellen we het voor je en krijg je het kosteloos thuis gestuurd. Geef aan ons wel het volgende door: * naam van het bouwpakket * pagina waar het onderdeel op staat vermeld * het nummer van het onderdeel Verder ontvangen we graag jouw adres en telefoonnummer.
  • Can I return my order?
