This working pinball game is based on the fictional wizarding game Quidditch from the beloved Harry Potter books and films, where players fly through an aerial arena as they attempt to throw or punch the Quaffle through three rings on the opponent's side of the court , scoring ten points each time. Each team that catches the Golden Snitch scores 150 points and wins the game.
 
The DIY Ugears Quidditch Pinball model is a visually stunning stadium, consisting of a cardboard playing field printed with decorative elements, 8 elevated viewing platforms engraved with the logos of the four houses; Hogwarts, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw and Sytherin. ;A functional scoreboard, a box for storing the Golden Snitch and three Quaffle balls complete the picture. This functional pinball machine contains real game elements such as flippers, bumpers, goals and obstacles.

Now let's play a fun, clean game of Quidditch!
 
Prepare your Ugears Quidditch pinball game by first making sure the model is assembled correctly and that all moving parts work properly. Place the model on a flat surface, then take the yellow ball (Snitch) from the chest and place it on the reserved spot on the left rail. Insert the three red balls (Quaffles) into the hole on the left front of the model. Raise the three targets in the center of the field by pressing the two bumpers and the launch ramp directly behind the targets. Turn the dial on the back of the scoreboard to set it to three zeros and you're ready to play!
 
To play the game, press the "New Game" sign on the front of the model and send the three Quaffles to the trigger. Press down on the front right ball lift lever to move the first Quaffle into the ready position, then pull back on the side trigger and release sharply to launch the ball onto the playing field. Place your hands on the flipper buttons on the left and right sides of the game and press them to keep each ball in play for as long as possible.
 
Defeat the three targets to create a clear path to the rings, defended by a switching Keeper (Ron Weasley) and two Beaters (the Weasley twins: Fred and George). Each time a Quaffle passes through a ring on the other side of the field you score ten points (press the button at the top right of the scoreboard to keep track of points) and the Quaffle returns to be re-entered sent. Defend your own three rings by not letting the Quaffles get past your flippers, otherwise they will fall out of the game. Once all three Quaffles have fallen through your own rings, the game is over.
 
The biggest challenge of the game, and the best way to win, is catching the Snitch. This can be done by sending a Quaffle onto the rails by launching it from the sloping central ramp (the ramp rises into position once the center target is hit). If a Quaffle lands on the right rail he is brought back into play, while a Quaffle that lands on the left rail rides downhill until he releases the Snitch into Harry Potter's waiting arms.
